It is my privilege to work in Shri Tulshiramji Jadhao Arts & Science College, Washim established by Shri. Vyankatesh seva Samitee ,Washim The parent society has been cater in the academic need of the society to take it a step further towards the higher Education .

The college is one of the leading college in District which provides higher education in the field of Social Science, Humanities, Science. It runs 2 UG Programs, 5 PG programs and Research Centres in 04 subjects. The college has “Research Centre” in 4 subjects namely Economics, History, Sociology, Library & Information Science. Four teachers are registered as Ph. D. supervisors in the Research Centre for various subjects. 13 research scholars are registered for Ph.D. in the college. It also runs skill development program. The college has strengthened the research facilities in The Competitive Examination Cell that conducts various activities for grooming the students for various competitive exams.

Further, the college has a Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) for providing access to ‘Higher Education’ to those who cannot pursue education in regular mode..

The college regularly conducts remarkable extension activities through various departments and support services such as NSS, Sports and Study centers. The extension activities including health awareness, environmental awareness, and various social issues are carried out in the neighborhood to inculcate awareness and responsibilities among the students regarding the common social issues. We feel proud of our students for the exceptional social service they rendered during the Corona pandemic period.
